Hi, I'm Frechneil Maestrado, a student from California currently applying to nursing programs. I took Version 7 of the ATI TEAS exam back in September 2025, and I've tutored TEAS prep on the side ever since.
I'm making this website because after I spent hundreds of hours studying for the exam, I didn't feel like gatekeeping my notes (lol). I did use some paid resources when I studied (which included official resources from the ATI company), but I wish they were free for everyone. So, I want to preserve the things I learned and keep them here 100% for free.
I'm hoping that current and future students will benefit from this. To be honest, though, my original notes are really messy and my 800 flashcards are even messier, so I'm revamping all the information and slowly adding it to this website.
New versions of the TEAS exam will come out, but I think they'll be similar enough to Version 7. If anything, I can always make updates!
